I am sorry I am a little behind this week with the happenings in New York. I can tell you that there has been an 80's revival on the runway. Shoulder pads were all the rage once, well guess what - they're back!Case in point Dolce and Gabbana added large geometric patterns with bold colors. Layers and lace were also spotted in the 2009 D&G spring collection for 2009. We've spotted a trend on the red carpet this year with bare shoulder's like Miley's one shoulder Max Azria number from the Grammy's and Kate Winslet's Yves St. Laurent strapless black gown she wore at the Golden Globes. However, it looks like Hollywood may have to cover up and add more layers to keep up with these trendy spring fashions.
