The Independent UK is reporting that a factory in Bangladesh that manufactures cardigans and sweaters for H&M and other fashion companies caught on fire in a roaring blaze that killed at least 21 and injured at least 50 workers.
The factory is owned by the Garib & Garib Newaj company, the incident occurred at 9pm the employees were working late to finish up orders. No cause is known at this time however the factory was audited and inspected for fire hazzards last October in which no threats of danger were found.
